Seyithan Palace Hotel

Lovely, spacious rooms that are obviously very well cleaned. Responsive staff that speak English, and are happy to assist. Delightfully located just off a busy street, so road noises are minimal, but you still have access to plenty of shops; there is an air conditioned, clean mall in sight distance that has a wonderful Turkish market daily on the bottom floor. The pool, sauna, and baths were open, but there were no spa services available. You will also need to pay extra to utilize them. The restaurant on the top floor is not open, but they still do excellent room service, that is supplied by a local restaurant. They also have a small coffee bar in the lobby, where you can get a variety of drinks for a nominal price; the lady who works the cafe is so very kind. There are lots of shops and local restaurants in the area-- I highly recommend Elite Lounge for amazing food, and excellent service, and They are doing some renovations, and capital improvements, so I expect it will only get better and better!

It seems that customer services is the last thing on the mind of the management of this hotel. A situation occurred with the receptionist and she refused to give me an extra key even though I told her that I might have lost my key and that there are two of us in the room and we need two keys, but she refused in an impolite manner. I contacted the manager. Simply told me she is doing her job !!

Every time I travel to Istanbul I always make sure to stay at seyithan palace because the rooms are amazing and the location is so beautiful nearby there’s a local area full of stuff to buy for cheap stuff not only that there’s a quite mall near the hotel not even 100m walk it so close the hotel itself has super nice staff clean rooms and the toilets are top tier and the price is super reasonable for a hotel that is near so many places not only that but you also have parking which is so amazing I recommend you to stay there.

Duty manager could speak English but good idea to have Google translate open with you other wise. Cafe lady very polite and caring. Hotel Restaurant/food service closed so had to go outside for anything. Sitting out front is nice, bug be mindful of street beggers. One can to me, and after saying no, he got aggressive and threatening. Advising staff they came out. I pointed to the Tourism Safe sticker on window, and advised to be mindful of safety of their guests.
